Senior Days at the Śrem Museum

On 16 November 2023, the representatives of the Office of Electronic Communications, Poznań Regional Branch, took part in the Śrem Senior Days. Marcin Różański and Michał Sałajczyk conducted workshops for people aged over 60, on which they discussed the rights of telecommunications service subscribers, and provided guidance on how not to get scammed. Furthermore, they pointed to online courses available on the website of the Consumer Information Centre which are there for seniors to learn how to use new technologies. The event was held in the auditorium of the Śrem Museum and was met with considerable interest. There were 230 participants. After the lecture, the audience was also able to avail themselves of individual advice on the safe use of telecommunications services.
