Senior Labour and Activity Festival in Gdańsk

For the fifth time representatives of the Regional Branch of UKE in Gdynia were present at the Senior Labour and Activity Festival. We participated in the Festival at the invitation of the Labour Office in Gdańsk.
During meetings we informed seniors about their rights and obligations regarding concluding contracts for telecommunications services.
We discussed sales techniques and what to look out for when being offered telecoms services. We also explained counter-measures for problems with bills, service quality and contract terms.
