25th anniversary of the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman in Szczecin

Representatives of the UKE branch office in Szczecin: director Wojciech Rymer and employees of the Consumer Affairs Unit: Michał Kowalczyk, Andrzej Żukowski and Anna Gottfried-Stankiewicz, participated in the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman in Szczecin.

From October 15, 1999 This function is invariably performed by Mrs. Longina Kaczmarek, who is serving society by defending consumer rights and building awareness among citizens concerning their rights. The event was a great opportunity for the institutions, that support consumers to exchange their experiences, which will help to improve the quality of the assistance provided. We want to educate, support and help as best as we can.

The guests of the celebration of the quarter-century of the establishment of the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman in Szczecin were representatives of the branch offices of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection from Gdańsk and Poznań, the spokesman of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection from Warsaw, consumer ombudsmen from various cities and districts of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, the Municipal Police Commander from Szczecin, as well as representatives of institutions cooperating with Municipal Consumer Ombudsman: Trade Inspection Inspectorate in Szczecin, Energy Regulatory Office, Consumer Federation, Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin.
