Issues concerning the conclusion of an agreement, amendments of contractual terms, roaming services, or damage to postal parcels are just some of the problems with which applicants referred to the President of UKE in 2021. Last year, we conducted out-of-court proceedings for consumer disputes concerning telecommunications and postal services (ADR). They were aimed at amicably settling disputes between applicants and entrepreneurs, based on the parties’ good will and desire to reach an agreement. Please read our report, as attached here:
