"I know what I'm signing" - Association of Graduates and Friends of Economic Sciences in Szczecin

On February 22, 2024, representatives of the Office of Electronic Communications of the branch office in Szczecin participated in an event organized by the Association of Graduates and Friends of Economic Sciences in Szczecin. The meeting took place at the headquarters of the University of Szczecin, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management, at Mickiewicza 64 street in Szczecin.
As part of the "I know what I am signing" campaign, Jacek Jarocki, Andrzej Żukowski and Anna Gottfried-Stankiewicz talked to participants about the safety of seniors in the context of using telecommunications services, and, mostly, about the rights and obligations arising from concluding contracts with operators. They presented how to use the services and suggested how not to be deceived. Jacek Jarocki, the Head of the Consumer Affairs Department of the UKE Branch in Szczecin, also gave a short interview to Uniwizja - the television of the University of Szczecin, encouraging seniors to use the Office's help in resolving disputes with representatives of the telecommunications and postal markets.
