Meeting of Consumer Ombudsmen from Silesia

On April 18, we participated in a meeting so we could talk about cyber threats that consumers may potentially face. We also talked about the regulations arising from the Act on Combating Abuse in Electronic Communications, types of abuse and methods of consumer protection.
This is an important meeting because we educate people who will be able to use the acquired knowledge in everyday contacts with consumers, thanks to which customers can be safer, they can also help consumers in asserting their rights.
The meeting was also attended by our colleagues from the Financial Ombudsman's office and a colleague from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, who were able to supplement the Ombudsmen's knowledge from their own scope and experience.
