Meeting with “Senior” association

On August 22, 2024, employees of the UKE Branch in Olsztyn met with members of the "Senior" Association at the Suski Cultural Centre.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to the importance of verifying with whom we are concluding a contract, reading its content and ensuring that we always receive a second copy of the document we sign. The discussion concerned premium-rate services, activation methods, additional costs, possibilities of blocking these services, as well as roaming fees and the principles of their calculation. Information was also provided about threats such as phishing, smishing, vishing, spoofing and how to defend against them.
The participants watched the films: "I know what I'm signing", "Electronic banking", "Phishing - don't get caught", and "Border roaming".
In total, approximately 50 people were trained.
