Meeting with seniors

Employees of UKE Regional Branch in Lublin met with seniors.

At the invitation of the District Ombudsman in Kraśnik, we conducted workshops for students of the University of the Third Age in Kraśnik. The meeting took place on 28 November. We discussed topics related to the conclusion of contracts for the provision of electronic communications services, additional charges to the phone bill and how to avoid them, as well as the most common scams using telecommunications devices and how to avoid falling for them.

In Puławy we met with seniors on 29 November. We were there at the invitation of the District Ombudsman in Puławy. During the meeting, we discussed the most common scams using telecommunications devices, we suggested how not to be deceived, we also explained the intricacies related to the conclusion and termination of contracts for the provision of electronic communications services and possible additional charges to the phone bill.
