Safe Senior Do Not Let Them Fool You!

“Safe Senior. Do Not Let Them Fool You!” is a series of meetings aimed at seniors residing in the Biała Podlaska municipality. On 8 November, employees from the Office of Electronic Communications Regional Branch in Lublin took part in one such meeting in Dokudów Pierwszy.
Discussions during the meeting covered topics such as concluding telecommunications contracts, scams involving electronic communication devices, and strategies for self-protection. We also presented the key changes that will affect consumers when the new Electronic Communications Law comes into effect.
The event was organised in collaboration with the Biała Podlaska municipality, the Municipal Welfare Centre in Biała Podlaska, and the District Consumer Ombudsman in Biała Podlaska.
