Social debate - "Let's talk about security"

The Pomeranian Voivode and the Commanding Officer of the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Gdańsk jointly organised a social debate as part of the series "Let's talk about security - you have an impact!" which took place on April 24, 2023 at the University of Business and Administration in Gdynia. Amongst the invitees were mostly seniors from Gdynia, but participation in the meeting was not limited and anyone willing could participate; hence, there were also students to be seen in the auditorium. The speakers discussed topics related to the broadly understood security of seniors, and the aim of the debate was to determine which threats were currently the biggest problem and how to prevent them together. Due to the fact that representatives of the Gdynia UKE Regional Branch were also invited to the meeting, we had the opportunity to tell seniors about the educational activities undertaken by our Office, and in particular to encourage them to participate in free, interactive on-line courses that we have prepared as part of the J@Online campaign.
