VI International Meeting for Seniors in Cracow

On September 19, we participated in the VI International Meeting for Seniors in Cracow. Such meetings are an opportunity to bring the security aspects closer to consumers. Regardless of age, we all conclude contracts, and thus we all have rights and obligations.
We explained how to avoid roaming charges in the border area (e.g. with Lithuania or Ukraine), and what roaming obligations telecommunication operators have. We warned against various ways of launching Premium SMS subscriptions, which may result in high additional fees.
We also informed about changes in the Telecommunications Act related to the contract form and numbers portability.
