1st Warmian-Masurian Consumer Knowledge Olympiad

1st Warmian-Masurian Consumer Knowledge Olympiad

The 1st Warmian-Masurian Consumer Knowledge Olympiad is now behind us, with ambitious students from schools across the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship taking part! It was an intense time of testing skills that are useful in everyday life—not just in theory, but in real-life situations.

“Tell me, and I forget. Teach me, and I remember. Involve me, and I understand.” —this is a popular quote from Confucius. Is there a need to acquire knowledge, learn, and understand complex regulations when we have artificial intelligence tools at our fingertips that, in a split second, can theoretically suggest a solution? Definitely yes. Only by being aware of our rights can we develop the instinct that will warn us when technology fails. Knowledge and skills are the foundations that no chatbot can replace.

We are happy to see such widespread engagement among students who are committed to growth and demonstrate that young people are smart and responsible market participants.

The competition was fierce and went into overtime😊 The podium finishers were:

  1. Jakub Borowski – representative of the Financial Ombudsman
  2. Natalia Cieślak – representative of the Warmian-Masurian Provincial Trade Inspection Authority in Olsztyn
