Issues related to the conclusion of a contract, amendment of the terms of the contract, fees for roaming services, or damage to a postal letter/parcel – these are just some of the problems that applicants addressed to the President of UKE in 2022. Last year, we conducted proceedings as part of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the field of telecommunications and postal services (ADR). They are aimed at the amicable resolution of disputes between the applicant and the entrepreneur, and are based on the good will and willingness of the parties to reach an agreement.
