Issues related to the conclusion, change of contract terms, fees for roaming services or damage to postal items - these are just some of the problems with which applicants addressed the President of UKE in 2023. Last year, we conducted proceedings as part of the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the field of telecommunications and postal services (ADR). They aim to amicably resolve disputes between the applicant and the entrepreneur and are based on the parties' good will and willingness to reach an agreement.
