Can the world of technology become a playground full of discoveries for a child?

Absolutely! The first-grade students from Mikołaj Kopernik Primary School No. 1 in Mińsk Mazowiecki experienced this first hand, taking part in exciting classes on the basics of programming. Using Photon robots, the young explorers transformed their classrooms into real laboratories of the future.

During the workshops, children not only controlled robots but, above all, learned planning and predicting the consequences of their decisions. By creating movement sequences for Photon, participants had to face logical challenges: how to program the robot to avoid an obstacle or respond to a color? Every slip-up in the code was treated not as a mistake, but as a valuable lesson – a moment when they had to analyse the situation and try again until reaching the goal.

The smiles on their faces and shouts of joy when the robot flawlessly completed the complex route were the best proof that technology can be a wonderful ally in a child’s development. These workshops are just the beginning of an adventure that teaches us that, with the right approach, each of us can become a creator in the digital world.
