"Consumer in the digital world" Seminar

On the occasion of World Consumer Day, on March 17, we participated in a seminar organized by the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman in Łódź and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. The meeting was an opportunity to present to young people issues related to the protection of broadly understood consumer rights - representatives of the UKE talked about cyber threats.
The seminar program was also filled by panelists from other institutions:
• Office of Competition and Consumer Protection,
• Financial Ombudsman,
• Federation of Consumers,
• Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.
The meeting concluded with a panel discussion on challenges related to consumer rights.
