Exclusion of in-person services for UKE's clients due to the epidemic

In connection with the announcement of the state of the epidemic in Poland following the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, in-person customer services provided by the Office of Electronic Communications are suspended from March 24, 2020 until further notice.
Based on the provisions of paragraph 10 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 20 March 2020 on the announcement of the state of the epidemic in the territory of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws item 491), the President of UKE signed a Regulation suspending in-person customer services in the scope of performing UKE's tasks related to:
• receiving complaints and requests regarding the functioning of UKE's organizational units;
• proceedings regarding out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes,
• requests for intervention by the President of UKE in matters related to the functioning of the telecommunications and postal services market and the apparatus market, including the telecommunications equipment market;
• proceedings in the scope of issuing radio operator's certificates in the aviation, amateur, maritime and inland navigation radiocommunication services, including examinations of applicants for the radio equipment operator's certificate.

In addition, we would like to point out that PUE is a platform that meets all the requirements for an inbox, therefore it can be used to initiate and handle any (including administrative) proceedings pending before the President of UKE.
