I click sensibly in Szczecin
17 january 2025
On January 16, 2025, representatives of the Consumer Affairs Unit of the Office of Electronic Communications from the UKE branch office in Szczecin, Andrzej Żukowski and Anna Gottfried-Stankiewicz, took part in the "I click sensibly" campaign.
During a visit to UNICEF Primary School No. 11., located in Szczecin at Dubois street, UKE employees talked to the youngest, first grade, users of telecommunications devices about safe navigation on the Internet and how to use these devices. They taught how to deal with online aggression, protect data and avoid high bills. At the end, the children received small gifts and diplomas for their participation. We have prepared special prizes for the most active students. Thank you for your involvement in the prepared classes. Nearly 80 people took part in the meetings.
Oh what a day it was :-) An extraordinary Sunday is over - full of colors, smiles and positive energy!
On January 9, we were guests of the Senate during the open day on Grandparents' Day and we had the opportunity to meet not only amazing seniors, but also younger generations.
On this occasion, we have prepared a zone for children and a zone for adults. Children had the opportunity to make friends with our virtual Scottie and delve into code learning through play, gaining new levels in the educational game Scottie GO! There were also coloring books, crossword puzzles, mazes and educational films about online safety.
For grandmothers, grandfathers and other adult visitors we prepared lectures on cyber threats - seniors could learn, among others: what is phishing, deepfake or spoofing. Adults could test their knowledge in a mini test and win, among others: UKE mascot - a teddy bear :-)
Hope to see you next year :-)
