„I Click sensibly” in Szczecin

On 29 April 2026, representatives of the Consumer Affairs Department of the Electronic Communications Office (UKE) Brnch Office in Szczecin, Anna Gottfried-Stankiewicz and Adrianna Wesołowska, took part in the “I Click sensibly” campaign.
The meeting with students from grades 1–3 of św. Stanisława Kostki Public Catholic Primary School in Szczecin focused on the safe and responsible use of the internet and digital devices. The aim of the workshop was to raise children's awareness of online risks and to show them how to protect their privacy and stay safe online.
What did the students learn?
- how to identify reliable and trustworthy sources of information online;
- what types of risks they may encounter on the internet, such as harmful content or attempts to obtain personal information fraudulently;
- why they should not share personal data, photographs of themselves, or information about their location online;
- the potential consequences of sharing information online without proper caution;
- what cyberbullying is and how to recognise it;
- how to respond to online threats.
The workshop was interactive, students actively participated in discussions, sharing their experiences and asking questions. At the end of the meeting, kids received commemorative certificates and small gifts.
