I click sensibly workshop at Gen. Józef Bem Primary School No. 18 in Szczecin.

On 23 February 2026, representatives of the Consumer Affairs Department of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) from the branch office in Szczecin— Adrianna Wesołowska and Anna Gottfried-Stankiewicz — took part in the “I click sensibly ” campaign.

The meeting with Primary school students from grades 2–3 was focused on issues related to safe and responsible participation in the digital environment. The aim of the classes was to raise awareness among the youngest users of telecommunications devices about online threats and to promote good habits supporting privacy and security protection.

During the workshops, the importance of using only reliable and trustworthy online sources was discussed, with particular attention paid to the risks of exposure to harmful content or data phishing attempts. Students learned about the potential consequences of careless sharing of information online — including publishing images, personal data, or location details. An important part of the session was also a discussion on cyberbullying and available response mechanisms, such as reporting abuse and blocking users engaged in inappropriate behaviour online.

The workshops had an interactive format — students actively participated in discussions, shared their observations, and asked many insightful questions. At the end, the children received commemorative diplomas and small gifts confirming their participation.

We would like to sincerely thank the students for their engagement and openness, as well as the school management and teaching staff for their warm welcome and cooperation in organizing the initiative.

Approximately 80 people took part in the event.
