Meeting of Verbraucherzentrale Brandenburg with UKE

Yesterday we hosted representatives of the Polish-German Consumer Information Center. We shared our experience in the field of subscriber protection on the telecommunications market with our German colleagues. We presented the process and benefits of ADR proceedings and our educational activities directed at consumers. The guests also had the opportunity to see our educational space.
Consumers face similar problems regarding the provision of services on both the Polish and German market. The exchange of experiences helps in developing solutions to protect our interests.
