Office of Electronic Communications Webinars for Children
After the summer break, we were delighted to resume online webinars addressed to primary school pupils. We have already organised three meetings in the new school year 2024/2025, which were very popular.
- · On 18 September, a webinar was held for grades 4–6 at the School Complex in Świerzowa Polska,
- · On 2 October, we held two meetings: one for grades 4–5 and the other for grades 2–3 at the Zielonki-Parcela Primary School.
During these meetings, we addressed important issues concerning online safety. With the older children, we talked about cyber violence, and with the younger pupils, we focused on safe relationships online.
The attendance rate was excellent – over 400 people attended our three webinars! This confirms how important these topics are and how much of a need there is for children and their carers to learn about them.
Through these meetings, we not only raise young people’s awareness of online risks, but also provide practical tips on how to respond to them. Education in this area is crucial and we encourage you to participate in our future webinars.
