Online safety explained easily- workshops for students of MOS No. 2 in Łódź
13 november 2025
Last week, students of the Primary School operating at the Youth Sociotherapy Centre (MOS) No. 2 in Łódź took part in a series of educational workshops focused on conscious and safe use of the internet. The “Accessible Online Safety” workshops were conducted by Katarzyna Mądrzycka-Adamczyk from the Consumer Policy Department.
The programme included three thematic modules:
- How to be yourself online safely – discussing netiquette, good online communication practices, and the importance of responsible content sharing.
- How not to get tricked – introducing the most common online threats, typical scam methods, and ways to verify information.
- How not to get pulled in – exploring how to maintain balance between online and offline activities and how to reduce the risk of digital addiction.
During the workshops, students were reminded of the key rules for safe internet use:
- protect your personal data and do not share passwords or confidential information,
- create strong and varied passwords,
- verify information sources and website addresses before clicking links or downloading files.
We thank all participants for their active involvement and interest in digital safety.
Our workshops are offered free of charge.
