"Protect your data online" webinar

Another webinar is behind us! This time, we met with first-grade students from Primary School No. 23 named after Edward Szymański in Warsaw. The session was an opportunity to talk about online safety and how to use the internet responsibly.
During the meeting:
· we explained what personal data is and why it’s important not to share it online without thinking,
· we discussed practical ways to protect personal data, such as limiting the information shared on social media,
· we touched on the topic of online image — how our photos, comments, and activity shape how others see us,
· we showed that taking care of one’s online image is an investment in the future, as a digital footprint can influence, for example, relationships with others or even professional life later on.
It was an interesting and inspiring conversation that helped the youngest learners understand that online safety begins with simple, everyday decisions.
