Concluding, changing the terms of the contract, settlements and fees for the services provided or damage to the postal parcel – these are just some of the issues that applicants turned to the President of UKE in 2020 as part of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the field of telecommunications and postal services (ADR). ADR procedures are aimed at amicable settlement of disputes between the applicant and the entrepreneur and are based on the goodwill and willingness of the parties to reach agreement.
