Training for the Polish Association of Retirees, Pensioners and Invalids

On April 13, 2023, at the invitation of the Poviat Ombudsman in Łęczna – Mrs. Jolanta Krzeszowska – employees of the Lublin UKE Regional Branch, together with the Poviat Police Headquarters in Łęczna, conducted a training session for the Polish Association of Retirees, Pensioners and Invalids in Cyców. We talked about the scams that seniors may encounter when using electronic devices, such as phishing or spoofing, and how to protect against them. Seniors actively participated in the meeting, asking questions about safe online shopping and how to avoid high fees added to the telecommunications bill.
