Code with UKE

We recently conducted a coding class with students from two different schools: Primary School No. 364 in Warsaw, where students programmed playing the game Scottie GO!, and Primary School No. 6 in Ząbki, where they programmed using Ozobots.
Scottie GO! is an educational game that allows students to arrange command blocks to create programs for a virtual robot. Tasks are displayed on tablets, enabling students to see how their programs work and enhancing their logical thinking skills.
Ozobots are small, programmable robots that navigate paths created from puzzles. Students program the robots’ movement by selecting the appropriate colours and patterns.

Coding is beneficial because it fosters both technical and soft skills, such as analytical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. It is also an excellent opportunity to prepare students from an early age for the challenges of the digital world.
