„I click sensibly” workshops at the Primary School in Pyrzyce
09 april 2025
On April 8, 2025, representatives of the Consumer Affairs Unit of the Office of Electronic Communications from the Branch Office in Szczecin: Jacek Jarocki and Anna Gottfried-Stankiewicz, took part in the "I click sensibly" campaign.
During their visit to Janusz Korczak Primary School in Pyrzyce, UKE employees talked to the youngest users of telecommunications devices from grades 2-3 about safe navigation and use of these devices. They explained how important it is to only use trusted links and websites to avoid harmful content or cyberattacks. They discussed the possible consequences of sharing information online, including photos, locations, and personal data. They also talked about cyberbullying and taught how to report or block people who harass them online. At the end, the children received certificates for active participation. Over 100 people took part in the meeting.
We would like to thank the children for their interest in our campaign, their inquisitive questions, and the warm welcome from the school staff.
