Meeting with seniors

Employees of the UKE branch office in Lublin, at the invitation of the District Consumer Ombudsman in Biała Podlaska, conducted - as part of the "I know what I am signing" campaign - workshops at the Senior Club, located at the community center of the Komarno Kolonia Volunteer Fire Department in the Konstantynów commune.
During the meeting, we discussed topics related to the conscious conclusions and terminations of telecommunications contracts, we talked about the rights and obligations arising from such contracts, and we discussed the issues of roaming, especially cross-border roaming.
Our listeners were particularly interested in issues related to the safe use of telecommunications devices and what to pay attention to in order not to be deceived in cyberspace.
