On October 23rd, we held another webinar for elementary school students focused on data protection and online image management. The goal of these sessions is to educate young people on how to use the internet safely, raise awareness of potential online threats, and provide guidance on how to manage personal data and online presence responsibly.
During the last webinar, we discussed privacy issues, provided practical tips on securing social media accounts, and explained why it is important not to share personal information with third parties. The students actively participated in the meeting, asking questions and sharing their experiences, which shows that these topics are relevant and important to them.
In conclusion, the webinars aim not only to raise awareness about online security but also to help students develop the skills to handle potential threats. This is an important step in building digital competencies for young people, which will influence their future, conscious, and responsible use of the internet.
